Unite - Curzon Gateway
Curzon Gateway is located three minutes walk from the City Centre Campus at Millennium Point and is just a short walk from the Bullring shopping and leisure complex. Buses to the City North Campus in Perry Barr are only a 10 minute walk away.
Curzon Gateway has 150 rooms split into a mix of six-bed, five-bed and four-bed flats. All flats are standard en-suite, carpeted bedrooms with laminate flooring in the premium modern kitchens, all have an Internet connection (included in rent) and TV aerial sockets. Students should bring their own bedding and kitchen utensils.
The kitchen areas are communal and are shared by all occupants of a flat. The laundrette facilities are coin operated and cost from £2.20 per wash and £1.00 for an hour's drying time. All students will also have the opportunity to be inducted into the gym facilities at the heights. This will cost a £10 induction fee and is free after that. The Heights is a 10 minute walk from Curzon Gateway.
Security
Security staff will be available throughout the night they are contactable by phone and the number will be made available in your offer pack.
Car Parking
There is car parking available on site, although this is limited, and costs £14 per week and is sold for the full duration of the contract, not weekly.
Post
The post is delivered to the main office each day and put in your post box by the local postman. All recorded deliveries and large packets/parcels will have to be collected from the office.
