Oscott Gardens offers 419 rooms in the form of self-catering flats of between five to eight bedrooms, with a shared kitchen and lounge. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin. The kitchen contains a cooker, a microwave, a fridge freezer, and a dining table and chairs.

All rooms have telephones in study bedrooms for internal calls to security and the onsite Accommodation Office and free basic package Internet connection, allowing you to access both internal and internet-based resources. All rooms are double glazed.

Adapted accommodation

There are six wheelchair-accessible rooms here, with accessible en-suite bathrooms and shared adapted kitchens. Three of these accessible rooms have adjoining rooms for carers. There are a further 10 rooms which are designed for use by people with sensory impairments.

There are three cafés, a convenience store, two bars and a hairdresser on campus. The site is only a short walk from a large shopping centre and supermarkets, with bus stops and a train station next to the campus.

There are 29 University owned homes on Oscott Road and 3 on Wellhead Lane providing accommodation for approximately 98 students. Rooms are either standard or large. The houses have three bedrooms comprising of a living room, bathroom and kitchen.

Heating and lighting is inclusive and all houses are equipped with a washing machine, cooker and fridge freezer. All rooms have a private internal telephone and internet access.
