Di Wu  Piano

Schubert Four Impromptus, D.935 (Op.142)
Liszt  Capriccio alla turca on themes from Beethoven’s ‘Ruins of Athens’, S.388

Di Wu is another of the select band of young musicians currently studying on the Conservatoire’s prestigious Advanced Postgraduate Diploma course. Schubert’s second set of impromptus contains two of his most familiar and best loved piano pieces, while Liszt’s taxing ‘Capriccio’ is much less well-known than Beethoven’s Turkish March on which it is based.

Performance Platform

A series featuring some of the Conservatoire's most talented postgraduate performers.

Forthcoming dates will be announced soon.
