Overview

Gemmology is the study and identification of gemstones and gemmological materials, whether natural, synthetic or artificial. This two-year course follows the syllabus of the Gemmological Association of Great Britain, and successful candidates can register for Fellowship. This is a highly regarded and prestigious qualification, recognised both in the UK and worldwide.

You’ll undertake both theoretical and practical studies using a specialist laboratory equipped with the most advanced equipment available.
